Dr. Jacob Samuel Heydemann, MD

Dr. Heydemann is the worst doctor I have ever seen in my life. He is rude, cold and downright cruel. After complete knee replacement surgery, he refused to give me the pain medicine I needed. My daughter stayed with me in the hospital and she begged him to give me some better medicine but he refused. It has been the most excruciating and long lasting pain I have ever endured in my life. It has now been one year since the surgery and it is still not well and is still painful. I wouldn't recommend him to my worst enemy.

As a nurse for 34 years I have seen great patient outcomes with surgeries performed by Dr. Heydemann. After sustaining a hip fracture I am beyond grateful for his skill, professional demeanor, and his kindness. Two months after my surgery I was amazed at thr recovery I experienced.

I wouldn't recommend this doctor or office to anyone. Doctor has poor to no bedside manners. Doctor just walked in to the room, as a first time patient I've liked for him to introduce himself (no badge/ no coat with name). Doctor kept on dismissing main issues of reason for visit. Doctor or staff do not explain anything. Horrible experience, first and last.

He is very rude, his bedside manner is horrible, his staff very rude and second of all he said my child had displaced hips would require surgery. My baby was a day old when he saw her in the hospital. At the second visit he said she was not getting better and wouldn't unless he operated her. She was 7 days old so of course something is not going to heal so fast. I took her for two more opinions and both said NOTHING was wrong with her! Five years later the two doctors were right. Nothing is wrong with her, she can walk, run, and even does soccer and ballet. He is the most rude person I ever met. Well years later other friends happened to tell me he said the same thing about their babies and it was a repeat story. All went on for other opinions and all HAVE GREAT WORKING HIPS!

Would not wish this on anyone. Rude office staff. All about the payment and no regard to respecting time. Office staff on their cell phones and laughing and talking to each other instead of tending to the needs of the 30 plus waiting patients.

Terrible I've waited forever and still hasn't been see rude staff and I'm in elbow pain

Would never choose this Dr. again. Each time wait for HOURS. Seen for a few minutes, tops. Terrible bedside manner. Short, Curt. After treatment I explained that I was still in pain. His answer, "Well, you did Physical Therapy." He just stared at me, and could not bother discussing my lower back pain any further. BTW never was an MRI ordered for me.

I just had major surgery on my foot and dr Heydemann did it I was very pleased with the outcome and the work he did

We went and he took xray of my sons foot then came in and told us he had a shorter leg then the other. Told us to schedule a sonogram..while waiting to get appt for sono a nurse came back n told us that they mixed up the xrays an they had given us the wrong results..idiots...get second opinion..

Great! I wouldn't fo to any other doctor for surgery. Nice caring man.
