Dr. Jacob Ryan Howell

Jacob Ryan Howell did a assessment on me in the emergency room and it's been approximately a year since he did this assessment and my life has deteriorated so severely I used to exercise daily and now I'm unable to exercise due to the pain my life has change dramatically because of my severe pain and difficulty doing my daily activities because of his assessment on me in the emergency room that I think was done inadequately. It's been approximately a year since he's done this assessment on me he did not do it correctly and I have been injured for over a year. I've lost ability to trust people because this man. He did not take the time to do the assessment correctly on me .

It's been approximately 10 months from the time Dr Jacob Ryan Howell did I assessment on my circulation in my inner ankle in the emergency room knowing I could stand and walk he still did not even take my shoes and socks off to check the inner ankle posterior tibial tendon artery pulse in my ankle with my socks and shoes and special orthopedic shoes that I wear in my shoe laces were completely tied on he never even asked me to take off my shoes nor did he take my shoes off he had his fingers on the inside of my ankle for a few minutes and when he couldn't feel the pulse obviously he couldn't feel it because he's stuck his fingertips into the material of my inner ankle the shoe material it jolted my foot the bone has already been operated on in the past three times . I have been in severe pain for over 10 months in this inner ankle I believe it's subluxated from him pushing his inner fingertips into my shoe trying to feel the pulse of my inner ankle which is never away any medical… profession should ever assess somebody's pulse by putting their fingertip into a shoe. I was enjoying life very happy to be alive exercising daily now I'm in so much pain I have deteriorated and unable to enjoy my life because of the pain. There was no pain in my inner ankle before Dr Jacob Ryan howell that his fingertips inside my shoe before the day I went to the ER it was never this severe I have been exercising for days before I went to the ER and there was nothing wrong with my foot like it is now.

I was injured by this doctor many months ago I was just going to give an update that I'm still in severe pain my life has worse than so severely since this person Dr Jacob Ryan Howell assist me in the ER I wasn't even in pain in the area that he was touching me in doing assessment on me improperly even though I tried to file a report I'm left with the most shocking unbelievable never have I ever thought that I would spend my retirement in so much pain and disability he knew I was disabled and he hurt me.

I have never in my life been so injured by any doctor that I'm still in the State of shock that this doctor thought he could treat my body inappropriately with doing assessments wrong I would never have treated any individual this way that I am so much injured and have stayed in the State of shock since I was injured by this doctor my quality of life went from being joyful to praising God that I was alive to being in so much shock that somebody would not care about me enough to harm me in the medical field clinic where I was at when this doctor assessed me wrongly in the improper wayt I don't understand why this man would ever do what he did to me improperly in the assessment done at the procedure that I hadand all I can say is I'm so shocked it's psychologically and physically so harmful to feel the feelings I've had since this gentleman assessed me the wrong incorrect way that's caused me so much pain. I've never met a human being this ever hurt me like this doctor has.

I was injured by Jacob Ryan Howell in the emergency room approximately 5 months ago. I tried to do a report on him to the Arkansas medical board but he was still a resident doctor in training in the state of Arkansas and I could not do the report on him because he wasn't in Arkansas doctor I've been in the most severe pain for the last 5 minutes it's unbearable at times and remains level severe pain for many many hours out of every day for the last 5 months. He did not do a correct assessment on me and I was severely hurt because I can honestly say my pain has not stopped since the day he took care of me in the emergency room. All I can say is I'm still in the State of shock that this gentleman took care of me and did not follow the proper procedure that I read was crucial for my injury that I went to the emergency room for. I have not been able to function normally since it's meant assessment in the emergency room. I can just say I have never been in this much pain in my life it's… been rare that I've ever had this much pain and I have never ever felt psychologically and physically harmed by any doctor as much as I have this doctor because I feel like he should have known with my medical history with the hospital with the the medical history I told this doctor before he even did the assessment everything I told him should have let him do the proper procedure on me he did three things that I think were improper on me and I have even looked up the correct procedure for them to do in the position that I was in in the ER and I believe this was incorrect what I have read what the proper medical technique or assessment should have been. I never imagined that I would get hurt in the emergency room from a medical personnel like I did from Dr Ryan Howell

It is a crucial medical procedure to always take the socks and shoes on in the emergency room if a patient has a possible broken back or broken hip. I told Jacob Ryan Howell that I have osteoporosis from my cancer that was removed from the hospital that he was working in the day that I went in there months ago because my back was hurting so bad I told him I have had my organ removed because of my cancer that I had taken out in that hospital in the hormone that I was on caused me to have osteoporosis pretty severe in my spine and lumbar area and that I had three bone density test at that hospital in the recent 3 years that showed this that is why I chose to go to that emergency room I have severe hip injury and also a bad lumbar back he knew I was ambulating he knew I walked in the room and to the bathroom without any assistance I have a severe impairment in my foot but I was not in severe pain in my ankle at all before I went to the emergency room and in the months before I went into… the emergency room there was no severe pain like there is now he did not take off my shoes and socks he didn't even ask me to take my shoes and socks off my shoelaces were completely tied on as they are when you're going for a walk or would anytime you're ambulating with shoes on my shoelaces were tied he didn't even ask me to take off my shoes he didn't even ask me if he could take off my shoes every emergency room has has a Doppler machine to check the pulse in a foot when they're in the emergency room it is a standard crucial medical procedure to always look at the circulation the color of the foot and also a doctor cannot adequately assess the pulse through the socks and shoes of the shoe . I was told by one of the best vascular surgeons in the state of Arkansas that if I ever stepped on a nail that I could lose my foot possibly to amputee because I don't have good blood supply in my feet as he left the room he said he'd be back I never saw him before he never even took my shoes off knowing that I had a possible broken back I had told him that I was in a lot of pain in my back he never even checked my pulse in my foot he only used his fingertips on the side of my shoe he wasn't able to feel the pulse so he went into the shoe more and it jarred my ankle I've been in the most severe pain this is an incorrect procedure assessment that this man performed he did not even attempt to take off my shoes he didn't even ask me to take off the shoes he never even came back to use a Doppler machine to check my pulse in my foot.

I had a CT and an MRI after this man p Dr Jacob Ryan Howell pressed on my posterior tibial tendon artery trying to feel the pulse with my shoes and socks on in the emergency room and I was able to ambulate and he could see that I could walk around I should have had my shoes taken off and my shoelaces taken off but he was pressing on the posterior tibial tendon and he couldn't feel the pulse obviously cuz he went inside my ankle with the shoe material and now I've been diagnosed with a non-osseous subtalor coalition which showed on the last CT that I had done and I think I have possible tarsal tunnel syndrome because it's being compressed in the nerve and the pain has been the most unbearable severe pain at times he did this many months ago and I've been in the most severe pain when this occurred and they are supposed to take the socks and shoes and shoelaces off before they start checking the pulse in the foot I had a possible broken back or a broken hip and I had walked into the… emergency room with no Walker no wheelchair I was ambulating on my own there was nothing wrong with my feet Dr Jacob Ryan Howell could see that I was in standing in front of them for 5 minutes explaining them about my osteoporosis that I had from my cancer that I had removed from that hospital 25 years ago I had thyroid cancer and that the hormone that I've been on for 25 years since I don't have a thyroid it's caused me to have osteoporosis so when he was checking my pulse in my foot he knew I could walk around I should have been asked by him or he should have asked if he could take my shoes off because I either have tarsal tunnel syndrome I definitely have the non-osphous subtalor collation that was shown on the CT that I had of my anklewhich I've never had before the MRI showed I had a stress fracture with the partial rupture tendon in the collapse tilt of the navicular bone plantar tilt this never been diagnosed because the area he pushes on with his fingertips in my shoe was fused and the posterior tibial tendon was ruptured and reattached in 2006 and my whole foot is so messed up I don't even have good blood supply to this foot it's I've had my surgeon in the past tell me that I don't have good blood supply to my feet and that I could lose my foot possibly I had a vascular doctor tell me if I ever stepped on a nail my blood supply isn't good I could end up losing my foot being amputated if I ever stepped on a a nail or if I had surgery it maybe wouldn't heal I've been in the most torturous pain since this man pushed on my artery within the shoes and didn't even take off my shoelaces or my shoes. They say it's crucial if you have a possible back injury and that's what I was there for I had fallen at home on my back but I was able to walk around the room he saw me and they say it's crucial as an assessment to take the shoes and socks off in the emergency room to check a pulse on the feet because to check the circulation plus the blood supply to the foot and to be able to feel the correct pulse and to look at the color and assessment on the foot and after he pressed on the foot artery when he couldn't feel the pulse he went into the shoe with his fingertip I yelped in pain but he never came back to do a Doppler test or to ask me to take off my shoes so to me that's severe medical negligence to not feel a pulse in my foot and I don't think he did because obviously when I yelped in pain and his fingertips were inside the shoe he didn't keep his fingers there long enough to feel a pulse and all I can say is I didn't go in there with foot pain and I have had constant foot pain since.

Approximately 5 months ago Dr Jacob Ryan Howell did an assessment on me in the emergency room. I am still unable to perform the daily activities that I used to and I have severe pain and have had severe pain since this man has pushed on my osteoporosis bones when I told him I had osteoporosis. I had an MRI and a CT confirming I have damage to the area that he pushed on and I was having no pain in this area before for many many years because it had surgical repair and now I may not even be able to have surgery because I have severe osteoporosis in places in my body and not very good blood supply to my feet and this is where the accident occurred. this was medical negligence because this man should have taken my shoes off and shoelaces tied off before he inserted his fingertips into my shoe trying to take a pulse it jarred my bone I yelped in pain and then after he took his finger out of my shoe he jolted my right knee with his fingertip. I've been in the most severe pain for 5 months… now. I may not even be able to get surgery because my blood supply has been told to me that it it's not that adequate in my feet and doctors have told me that they really don't want to operate on me because they're afraid of the blood supply and the osteoporosis in my feet and this is where the injury occurred I had to fall at home approximately 5 days prior before I went to the emergency room and this doctor should have taken my shoes and socks off he knew I could walk properly in the room by myself after he put his fingertip inside my inner ankle with the shoe on he couldn't feel the pulse obviously because he's stuck his fingertip inside the shoe and twisted the material the shoe to reach the tendon further which I yelped in pain and then he took his fingertip out of my shoe and then jolted my right knee with his fingertip this is the most worst time I've ever had in my life one of them and all I can do is tell you this man is still practicing and I'm in pain and I can't even function normaly.

I have read online that if you have a possible back fracture the doctor is always it's crucial to take the socks and shoes off and shoelaces untied before they check the pulse in the posterior tibial tendon or the other petal pulse in the lower foot. I had surgical repair this inner ankle where he pushed on with my socks and shoes on shoelaces were tied he actually put his fingertip inside my shoe trying to feel the pulse . He could not feel the pulse on the outside of the shoe on the inner ankle so he inserted his fingertips more into the shoe moving the material of the ankle part of the shoe until I yelped in pain he hit the bone the bone was fused in 2015 and the podiatrist that did the fusion one of the best in the state of Arkansas he told me back in 2019 that he would never do surgery on me because I have such poor blood supply in my foot and Dr Jacob Ryan Howell knew I fell at home with the possible back injury he knew I walked into the ER without any assistance Walker or… wheelchair he saw me standing in front of him for 5 minutes explaining about my pain he knew I could ambulate on my own he should have known to ask me to take off my shoes or for him to take off my shoes. It is medical negligence to ever check the pulse in your foot leaving the socks and shoelaces on and inserting their finger into your ankle shoe part to fill your pulse in your foot. I read that it's crucial if you have a possible back injury to always take the shoe off and socks and shoelaces off this man hurt me so severely I'm still in pain for many many hours level 8 to 10 pain every night before I go to bed I don't even think he would even think that he hurt me there's something wrong with this man

One of the worst doctors I've ever encountered. I had three different assessments done on me in three different areas when I was in the emergency room and they were all done incorrectly I looked up what they should have been done online and they were all done incorrectly and I was harmed. He was in training and a doctor was over him but with his education he should have known to treat a human being better. I am still shocked over his behavior.
