I was suffering from heavy sciatica pain :0( My Neurologist on a Tuesday referred me to Jacob Jordan Summit Pain Management. Summit scheduled me within 24 hours for a Friday appointment. Every member of the Staff was positive, encouraging and professional. Jacob took the time to affirm and relate to me, in easily understood language he detailed my test results. He recommended I come back Monday for a tfesi injection. I related my hope to do it right then (getting no sleep). Jacob said he'd check, btw it was lunch time. Shortly the staff was back with consent papers and they proceeded to administer the procedure. Jacob & most of his staff missed lunch for me. That night for the 1st time in 28 days, I slept without pain meds, and for more than 1 -2 hour stints at a time. This outfit is proven as caring and professional.
