Dr. Jacob Anthony Kerst

Dr. Jacob Kerst is a Washington native, born and raised in Spokane WA. He graduated from University of Puget Sound in 1991 with double major in Chemistry and Math. He finished his doctorate degree in Dental Surgery at Creighton Universiity Omaha Nebraska in 1995. In the late 1990's, he moved to Seattle and established his own dental practice in downtown Seattle ever since.
Dr. Jacob Kerst is a member of multiple dental organization and association such as: Seattle King County Dental Association, The Academy of General Dentistry, WA State Dental Association and American Dental Association. He is also a member of Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies. At LVI, he continously participates continuing education in both general and aesthetic dentistry.
Dr. Jacob Kerst has had several featured articles in Seattle Magazine and was recognized as one of the Top Dentists in 2006. He was also rewarded as Dentist of the Year by Seattle Weekly. Aside from the achievements he earned, he …contributed his aesthetic dental work with the media as well. He had been featured at KOMO 4's Northwest Afternoon and was chosen to perform cosmetic dentistry in a makeover transformation held by Star 101.5 in 2004.
Dentistry in general for Dr. Kerst has been a very rewarding career. The increasing demand for cosmetic dentistry, not only elevates his joy in doing what he enjoys but also brings fulfillment and excitement as he sees the transformation of all his patients achieving the smile they have always dreamed of.

Stress is a common factor of everyday living, most especially in a very busy career. To keep him well rounded and stress free, Dr. Jacob Kerst enjoys working out at a local gym, riding his motorcycle, plays football, spends time in the great outdoors for some hiking and family time with his two children: Jacob and Ava Margaret. As active and athletic that he is, he also set time aside for some quiet reading of non-fiction books.
