My elderly mom fell and hit her head and was brought to Forbes from her nursing home. staff there were so sweet and kind to her. I could tell they were really busy but they still treated her with compassion and like she mattered. Nurse Julie and Dr. Kleinman were wonderful.

I brought my 5 year old daughter in with a cut on her forehead that needed stitches. We thought about going to Children's but the wait was long. So happy we went to Harmar. Dr. Kleinman was so patient with her and helped calm her down. He told her all about his own two little girls and even commented on her unicorn shirt. Her cut healed well and she had as good an experience as possible under the circumstances

I was feeling awful with COVID and I was pretty scared. The Forbes ER was really busy but Dr. Kleinman really took the time to listen to me and was compassionate. He helped me feel a lot better on a bad day.

n my experience with Dr. Kleinman he does everything to just meet the bare minimum of patient safety and care. He is extremely unprofessional, arrogant, argumentative, and uninterested in diving outside the scope of basic lab work. He didn’t even do a physical assessment on me. I requested to see another physician, but he was the only option (he uncomfortably laughed and snarked when informing me of this). Luckily, the nurses and ap staff who work with him were professional and compassionate.

Dr. Kleinman provided care to me in an emergency room that was incredibly busy. He was as attentive as possible given the demands around him. He was compassionate, thorough in his explanation of my condition, and accurate in diagnosis.
