Dr. Jacob Levine, MD

He left my wife a message Friday night regarding a cancer diagnosis that he would call Monday morning to go over results. He did not call until Monday night. My wife left several messages with his staff, and then his answering machine when they stopped answering. Meanwhile, my wife found another doctor. In addition, after that incident, we could never get a response for the paperwork needed for FMLA assistance from my work as I had to take time to take my wife to several appointments with new doctors. Shameful

Doctor levine is very Professional, through, Courtious and Friendly. His bedside manner is the Best and he is very good at diagnosing the problem or Referring you to another Specialist who can help you.

I had to wait 30 minutes before I saw the doctor b/c the receptionist failed to tell me I had to fill out new patient forms. The doctor was excellent, however I had to wait about 30 minutes for paperwork to be given to me. They told me that my prescription was put in to the Giant, in which it was not and when I called no one in the office picked up. This is the worse staff I have ever dealt with. Completely incompetent and unprofessionally. NOT RECEOMMENDED IF YOU WANT TO BE IN A DOCTORS OFFICE FOR MORE THAN 3 HOURS FOR A COLD SORE.
