Do not recommend dr. Sent me to him for severe chronic back pain have me two objects made me worse can't get off couch said to find another pain dr.what kind of dr says that.don't go to him.

Dr. Shipley is an Great Doctor and goes above & beyond as a kind & caring. He does an excellent job with his patients. His staff is very friendly also. So Thankful I did not have to travel far to find a great Dr.

Doctor Jacob Shipley has been treating me for bilateral hip pain. I've been into the office to receive injections. I have also had injections for my mid-back as well. He has always been extremely polite, knowledgeable, helpful and considerate to me. He is never in a hurry and takes the time to fully discuss my treatment options. I would highly recommend Dr. Shipley and his staff for pain relief. The staff is equally caring, polite and helpful. If you're in pain, call this office, they can help. Thank you!

I have been seeing this doctor since he came to Somerset. He has not given up on me. He is not anti-pill as some have suggested. I have a pain patch and other meds, one of which is an opiate. I really don't want to take them and he is very understanding about it. I have had injections and will continue to have them. I have had multiple urine screens, which I don't mind, and blood work screens as well. I think the only people that mind are the ones that have something to hide. The office is run very efficient. I highly recommend this doctor and his office.

He is very anti-pill and will not even consider it if it will help you... i told him that i was prescribed Tylenol 3s by urgent care, which he had no clue what urgent care or icare is... unfortunately it came out as morphine on the drug test... he claims that it would have showed up as codeine, with research and my new PM doctor, YES CODEINE DOES AND CAN SHOW UP as morphine on drug tests...He wanted to do a lumbar nerve block on me which would have put me in more pain... and would NOT have been helpful.... he would NOT give me a steroid injection which would be more beneficial for me... i dont think he knows what he is doing as far as pain medicine goes... look else where..

Not super friendly and seemed in a hurry although the waiting room was empty. He seemed to have my best interest in mind and was very easy to understand. He is anti - pills which I consider a good thing for our community!

I should of saw the red flag when nobody was in the waiting room?? He did urine drug screen which he sends away then makes you another office visit in 2 weeks to make money off your Insurance which he could of done the drug screen at his office to see at the initial visit that I passed The drug screen He wants to have people to go to the lazer spine center for pain management and says at medications isn't the answer for oain
