the staff was friendly and polite. they saw me at my appointment time. the pediatrician took the time to answer my concerns and gave great advice and education. He was caring and sweet with my child. I would definitely recommend Dr Jacob Sweidan.

First, Dr. Sweidan took the time to get to know ME. He runs a major practice in the OC with multiple other doctors that work for him... the fact that he individually takes the time to know his patients is remarkable. Second, I read the post below criticizing his service. It's clear there was some sort of miscommunication. Dr. Sweidan does so much pro-bono work, it's insurmountable. He provides so much service for free, it is undeniable. Billing errors probably occurred because he merely forgot to make sure the arrangements came through or because the staff missed a memo. Again, Dr. Sweidan runs a very large practice, he grew his business off the community that came to learn that no matter what you had in your pocket, whether it was dust or dollars, you got an equal service with everyone else sitting in the waiting room. He also speaks great Spanish even though his roots are eastern European. He took the time to learn Spanish to help his community better! He even sat… down with my grandmother who doesn't speak English to explain her illness ALL in Spanish.

Dr. Sweidan goes above and beyond for his patients. He cares about people and it shows in the way he interacts with his patients.

Setting your appointment doesn't mean you will be seen at your appointment time. A very disappointing office. The more patients they get the better for their pockets obviously. DONE with that office. I have 4 kids and won't be back there.
