Dr. Jacob Bond Webster, MD

I called in for a appointment to see Dr. Webster because is states on his website that he's taking new patients. he was recommended to me by a family member and I was looking forward to seeing him. I spoke to a lady yesterday that explained to me that because him and my primary doctor were partners, they would have to notify him first. I received a call and was told that he could take me but i would have to wait until June of 2025 to see him. this didn't seem rational, so I expressed to the young lady how I felt. I wasn't rude to her at all, and I accepted the appointment after I was put on hold, she came back and told me that she was having issues with the system, and she would call me back. I told if to see if she could find me something sooner and she said OK. I received a call back with them saying that I was upset, I wouldn't say that, but I was disappointed. I was told that he wouldn't except as a patient which is totally wrong. 6 months is a long time to wait on a appointment.

I knew Dr. Webster before having him become my primary care physician. He is always professional and puts his patient’s concerns first. He advocates for his patients and goes above and beyond to make sure they receive the highest level of care possible. I recommend him to anyone looking for a great doctor.

Every time I've visited, Dr. Webster has taken the time to listen to my concerns, give his thoughts, and explain the best course of action in a friendly and concise manner.

Dr Webster is the greatest Doctor. He is truly concerned about his patients. He takes your health complaints seriously. He is very easy to talk to. Always mild mannered and kind even when you haven't taken his medical advice. ?? I was referred to Dr Webster by another Dr in my City. I've been Dr Webster's patient for about 10 years now and he remains "my hero "

After 14 yrs my husband and I haven't had to go back to him after diagnosis except for follow up. he really listens to you and never hurries you away. A very good "bedside" manner. Rare in these times.

He saw me three times. I gave a review like above and wanted to do a stool sample. I have not seen him in about 1yr and was dismissed. That means over 40 doctors on that group will not see me.

He is my doctor and was my dad's dr for many years until he died at 94 years of age. He always takes time to listen to you and his bedside manner is second to none. He does whatever it takes to find out whats wrong with you and is very good at treating you and getting you well! He's really big on preventative health too. As far as his treatment of older people he's amazing. He was the best dr my dad had. He was always so caring and always listened to everything he said. When he was in the hospital he always made sure the right specialists were called in to find out what was wrong. If you're looking for a really great dr who really cares about his patients he's your man!!

Did not find out pertinent info from me. This led to him being confused. Instead of asking more questions or getting more info, he was only worried about getting in and out as fast as possible.

Dr. Webster has been my Mom's doctor, as well as mine, almost as long as he's been a practicing physician. She passed away last month at 95. He is one of the finest doctors; compassionate, knowledgable, attentive to your needs. He took excellent care of Mom and I plan to continue under his care for many years.
