I live 44 miles from Dr. Bardwell and I would drive to see her as often as I need. She was the first provider to realize my pain is unique to me and treat me like a real human being. I have seen her several times and every visit she listens, discusses what I have tried, and provides not only feedback but treatment options. if she didn't work for the VA I would take my baby and parents to her for care. Thank you

Without exception, this Jacqueline Bardwell is the worst professional at any level I have ever witnessed! She is rude, inattentive, professionally inept, bitter and should not be trusted with the care and treatment of anyone, especially veterans who are limited in their choices... If she remains in the VA system it is a horrible example of irresponsible leadership!

I didn't see that Dr. Bardwell listened to my concerns as a patient. She didn't address my military related injuries or seem to have the extensive background information on my injuries from the VA. I hope that I can see a different doctor, one that understands treating military related injuries. This is the VA and they treat veterans for many different types of injuries and ailments. I think she would do well if she actually listened to the patients. I think she is closed minded and doesn't realize the interactions between the doctor and patient is a team effort and together they can arrive at the best results for the patient.

She is rude, incompetent, ignorant of her duties, has zero eye contact with the patient, and asks anything about the patient's health status other than the boilerplate questions provided to her from the VA. Then when you answer one of the canned questions with an issue that should raise concern she just passes on it and moves to next question. She spent 2 minutes examining me (blood pressure, listen to lung and heart). I asked about my diabetes and she said there was a new drug but could not remember what it was and scheduled yet another appt I had to attend to talk with the pharmacy. Told me she would see me a YEAR!!!
