Dr. Jacqueline Barnett was extremely rude, impatient and she constantly interrupted me when I was trying to explain my concerns. She was very condescending and critical which are counterproductive to creating the environment of trust and openness one expects to receive when seeking therapy. I would give zero stars if I could!

This lady was down right rude and seemed more interested in my ethnicity than listening to my problems. She could not pronounce my name correct after numerous corrections. I should have run when I came through the door which smelt like dirty diapers because it was dirty diapers. She does not have her own office and shares a pediatric office. She gave me coupons to Hooters. I cannot believe this lady is real.

She was just all around rude and not personal at all.

I called to make an appt. She asked me what insurance I have, answered her question and than she proceeded to tell me that I will have to pay my "Co-pay" which I DO NOT HAVE. She told me "there is NO such thing". Well guys, don't bother, she sounded like Ms. Know it All.
