Dr. Jacqueline Khristen Basham, MD

I made an appt three months ago and they just called to tell me that my appt for next week must be rescheduled for two months from now. Super unprofessional on their part.

I prefer the Shelbyville office to see Dr Basham. This office is better organized and friendly.

If you would like to actually keep your appointment, do not go to Dr. Basham. This is the third year in a row that I have taken a vacation day for my appointment, showed up, and then was notified after arriving that I would have to reschedule.

While I like Dr. Basham, the reception staff at her Louisville office is rude and completely incompetent. They do not listen while on the phone and are unwilling to look for an appointment time during your available hours (like afternoon, for example). If they leave a message on your voicemail, they will not tell you why you need to call them back. Then, when you call back, they refuse to help you since you don't know why you needed to call the office. If you choose you Dr. Basham for your ob/gyn needs, go to her Shelbyville office.

I LOVE Dr. Basham! She is so considerate, friendly, and so personable, she's the best OB-GYN I've EVER had. Oh! and she has the BEST bedside manner, Dr. Basham has delivered two of my daughters. I just love her whole staff every time I need to make an appointment I have to see her, so we can catch up :) She's so warm and is always asking about my family. I feel like she's my next door neighbor. She has an awesome rapport with me I just LOVE my Dr. :)
