DR. Sicari is the best DR in Fredericksburg. I had a really bad infection, saw 3 Doctors and she was the only one who knew exactly what to do & how to cure it. If it wasn't for DR. Sicari, I would have likely been admitted into the hospital, I was really sick by the time I saw her.

Dr Jacki is a great doctor. She takes time to listen to me and I feel comfortable with her.

Almost all the doctors and staff associated with Culpeper Medical Assoc. are rude, judgmental, and sometimes downright liars (I have seen a few of them, and there are NO drs. in Culpeper that aren't assoc. with these idiots) but this office takes the cake. The only good things I can say about this office is that it was easy to get an appt. and the wait was not long. The large woman behind the counter is beyond rude, the peole who are supposed to handle referrals apparently just don't bother, and Dr. Sicari has the beside manner of a slug. I have had chonic pain for years due to a construction workplace injury years ago, and have been on narcotics ever since. This is not something I enjoy--the narcotics have side effects, and it is not pleasant to have to take such strong meds just to have a bearable quality of life. Most CMA drs. are afraid to prescribe anything stronger than Motrin, but I was lucky that my injuries were severe enough and I had a long history of handling my… meds responsibly, so she prescribed them. I saw her for about five months when she decided to start "tapering"me. This was not in my best interest but it is so hard to find a dr. who will prescribe anything that I went along with it. One day when I went to pick up a prescription the nurse asked me to take a drug test, which i did cheerfully, knowing I had nothing to hide. The next day (!) she called to tell me that an antidepressant she had prescribed me was not in my system and told me (in the nastiest terms) that she would no longer treat me. I was stunned, as a) I had taken the antidepressant the night before the test, and b) I questioned whether she could have even received the results of a drug test so quickly (I took the test in late afternoon one day and she called me the next morning. What lab works that fast?) I suspect she simply didn't want to continue seeing me, or another dr, I saw at CMA said something about me, and she simply lied to get rid of me. Luckily I was able to quickly find a new doctor in Fredericksburg who was kind, compassionate and who worked very hard to find a mix of drugs that eased my pain and restored me to a normal quality of life. Sure, I now have a 1-hr drive instead of 10 minutes, but it's worth it not to have to deal with the head cases of CMA. I'd avoid the entire practice at all cost. They may have a decent dr. here or there, but if so, I've never met--nor heard--of them.

Dr Sicari will not prescribe treatment she considers immoral, such as birth control or ED medication. That I know for sure. I have heard much worse about her, but that was second hand.

Best Doctor I have found since moving to Virginia 15 years ago!!!
