Video visit. She is always late first time 2 hr late. Second time 3 hr 15 min. This is very unprofessional. This is not acceptable. Then she had the nerve to put me down as a no show.

I HAVE BEEN A PATIENT FOR MORE THAN TWO YEARS GREAT DOCTOR TERRIBLE OFFICE STAFF OFFICE STAFF WILL NOT FOLLOW THROUGH WHEN TEST OR PRESCRIPTION REFILLS NEEDED BLOOD WORK WAS ORDERED OFFICE STAFF TELLS ME ORDER IS AT SITE DOING BLOOD WORK ARRIVED THERE AND NO ORDER FOR BLOOD WORK NEED MEDS REFILLED STAFF DOSE NOT PROCESS REFILL REQUESTS CALL AFTER CALL TO OFFICE STAFF WITH REPEATED PROMISES TO TAKE CARE OF IT TERRIBLE STAFF VERY FRUSTRATING

Dr and Nurse are outstanding The office staff not professional It takes repeated calls day after day to get them to follow through on processing paperwork to get medication They tell you they are doing it and do not and then are very rude when you call to ask if it was completed This has happened on two separate appointments

Dr and nurse are great very knowledgeable. Office staff rude and do not follow through on things that are important.Faxed paperwork took me seven calls to remind them what they promised would be done day of office visit.That was after first appointment. Second visit office staff promised to follow through on faxed paperwork by end of the day.Four days later and four reminder calls before it is taken care of.Office staff very rude and talk as if I am not important. I am seriously considering finding another Dr

The Dr. is great. But the office is completely unorganized and the wait time is horrendous.

The staff rarely opens the window, to gracefully and with care, acknowledge a patient. The patient has to talk through a closed or barely cracked open window. They are not gracious or patient friendly, they lack bed side manner. It was a very strange experience. We saw them motion people in, without words, in a crowded waiting room. We saw them call someone's name and already have walked down the hallway, leaving the patient to close the door and catch up, down the hallway. Extremely unprofessional staff. This dr needs to have serious staff training or replacements.

From other reviews, I am hearing that the Dr. associated with this office is fantastic, but I never got so far as to find out. The front office was in total disarray. In fact, I've never seen a front office so disorganized before. Private files were piled-up everywhere, and the receptionists were chatting with friends, ignoring patients and staff who were trying to get their attention. Maybe the Dr. is great? I don't know. I got out of there because I don't want my personal files to be so poorly managed. I hope if the Dr. is great, an effort will be made to hire someone who can better manage the front desk.

If you see the doctor and you need a prior authorization, you will never get your meds. I went back to their office after 2 weeks of no responses, they even said they will call me back several times. I called my insurance and they lacked giving them information to get this approved. This is a nightmare when it’s your life on the line.

Been going there for 5 years. Wait times are hour to hour and a half. Unfriendly staff. Dr. is good though.

Another patient lost, there is no organization in the office. They do not realize patients need to work and they didnt call to let me know the doctor was talking the day off- pre scheduled 3 mo in advance getting off work early??? Didnt find out until i called because my blood work order was expired - same day! Between the 1 1/2 hour wait to see the Dr and the schedule issues- i cant deal with them any more She is an amazing Dr - it is too bad
