Dr. Jacqueline A Fernandez, MD

I have been with Dr Jacqueline Fernandez for over 18 years. Very caring , professional and always ready to help her patients in any way. Love the staff too.

She is a good doctor (not outstanding), but half of her staff is unprofessional with the worst attitudes that you can find out there and/or they are always busy / rush and we (as patients) can understand that, but I believe there are ways to treat clients, yes, at the end, a patient is a client and he or she is paying for the treatment. Also, they don't answer calls or if you are lucky, they answer mecanically and they put you in hold for a while, when you have not said a simple hello; close early, etc. The waiting time in her office takes a while. They don't conduct the studies in the office, which is not a plus. In summary, this place has a lot of stuff to improve and the doctor must take care of it. She seems to accept those conducts or don't realize that at the end, is her medical practice which could be in troubles. Are you able to pay and go to a place like that?, if yes, go at your own risks. You can find better places where you can feel welcome as a human, no a number or a $… more.

Honestly just a great doctor and staff!

I have been with Dr Fernandez for 14 years now and must say you cannot find a better doctor! She is absolutely brilliant, courteous and caring. She has handled my conditions, mostly minor with care, urgency and success! She is extremely modest as every Doctor I have ever spoke to knows her and has nothing but good things to say. In fact, from what I understand she has taught many of the Doctors in the area. I would recommend this Doctor to anyone and most recently a very close family member of mine has switched to Dr. Fernandez per my recommendation!

I wouldnt go to any other Doctor
