Dr. Jacqueline Felicia Ford, MD

Dr Ford delivered not one, but two of my children and has been nothing but caring and compassionate.

This inconsiderate woman Dr. Ford, left me sitting for hours (from 7:00 am until 5:30 pm) in same day surgery @ Brookdale Hospital. When I finally had her paged after several hours she said " that she had to pick up her son and that another doctor whom I did not know would do my D&C. I left the hospital still bleeding and in a lot of pain. By the way, I was an employee of Brookdale Hospital a manager of the GYN department at the time. I called another doctor whom I worked for, for many years, her senior and he had me to come in the next morning to do my procedure. After several weeks, no apology but this thing had the nerve to send me a letter stating that she could not be my doctor anymore. Can you believe this, I should have reported her to the hospital CEO but I did not, I should have sued her. So BEWARE, BEWARE she has no compassion for her patients. No one should be treated like that. SHAME ON YOU FORD! I hope some day you lose your license. Happily submitted!
