Dr. Jacqueline K Genova, MD

Per advice from hospital staff, I filed a complaint about a horrific experience we had at the Abington-Jefferson sleep lab that Dr. Genova sent my 12yr old for a sleep study. We left the apt in tears without having the study done. I liked Dr. Genova and would have recommended her until I heard that she personally responded to our complaint with a completely fabricated lie, saying my children were out of control and disruptive and not cooperative when she was not even present for the study. We were alone with a man who was out of line and NO ONE else was with us. I would have been content with an apology from the hospital staff member who treated us poorly but now I'm leaving them AND Dr. Genova a poor review and I will never return to Abington Jefferson again for any reason.

I have been with this doctor for years with my two sons and I haven't had any problem with staff,doctor or making appointments.
