Not impressed. Zero respect for your time, and zero consideration for the patient.I feel we dodged a huge bullet with Dr Hamilton and her staff by walking out. Our first appointment, we waited for hours and got excuses about the doctor running behind with no one in the actual waiting room. The doctor wasn’t even there while my husband sat and waited. The staff confused his paperwork (with the wrong doctor being listed for his surgery which they had to correct).This caused us to question whether my husband should go through with the procedure at all. On the day of the procedure, an hour later, he’s still sitting in the waiting room. After having enough, he walked out. Only excuses from staff, no apologies. Requested to speak to an office manager and they brought out one of the reception staff who claimed to be the manager but had no idea how to answer for the situation. The finality of the procedure has its own anxiety. The poor service we received took it to another level. On a… surface online search, the doctor seemingly had many positive reviews, however upon digging a little deeper to the review sites that had actual patient reviews, we quickly learned that the reviews weren’t good at all. Divine intervention of you ask me.

She was attentive, asked detailed questions, listened to my concerns & is the only MD who has been able to help me

The wait was too wait and she was rough & the staff was not friendly at all!

My Husband, a survivor of testicular cancer, has has some disturbing pains and difficulties which he decided he wanted to to have looked at and made an appointment with Dr Hamilton. Though the appointment was made a month in advance and he took time off work to be there on time, he was made to wait 3 hours before he was seen. When she finally saw him she was rude, obnoxious, made him feel attacked and belittled and refused to listen and or answer his concerns. What little she did offer was dismissive and condescending attacking him for not knowing certain things from when he was 18. My husband has serious pain in his groin, swelling and a previous history of testicular cancer to which he went through a painful procedure and had a even more painful recovery due to the side effects he had from both anesthesia and the pain medication. And after waiting 3 hours, and having to loose money taking time off work he was treated like crap made to feel even worse and then to top it all off… Rushed out the door dismissively all withing a 5 to maybe 10 minutes meet. I would caution any who plan to see her to avoid her all together and find a doctor who actually knows how to schedule her time and give her patience the needed attention and consideration they should come to expect from a doctor.

I read some of the comments and I am simply amazed. I completely disagree with all those negative comments. First to those complaining about the wait time...Dr Hamilton saves lives. That is what she does. This is not a 9-5 job. She can be pulled away for an surgery, or stay longer with a patient. I know because I have been through it myself. Yes I had to wait at times. But I was also on the other end where she had to spend a lot more time with me than supposed to. For those comments stating she doesn't care...Really? What planet are you on? This is a doctor who performed 4 surgeries on me over the past few years. She is attentive, methodical, and the bottom line is she saved my life. People, get your priorities straight. This is not a hotel stay, or a restaurant, yet some treat her the same way. In my book, she rocks. The same goes for all the ladies working in that office. And finally a special thanks to Dr. Hamilton's assistant, Barbara, who is also a great healthcare… provider. You want to see a doctor without bedside manner, who doesn't talk much, I give you Dr K. Essig ( he was my urologist prior to Dr Hamilton). For those who do not understand the difference: it's night and day.

My mother is 81 years old and had prolapse surgery. She had to wait over 4 hours to be seen for follow up visits. The doctor prescribed medication for incontinence due to the unsuccessful results of the surgery that cost $250 for a 30 day supply. The doctor told her she would see if she could find another medication at a lesser cost and never followed up with my mom. She could not afford this medication and called her medicare insurance and found a different drug that costs much less. My mom called the doctors office several times to get this prescription, giving them the name of the drug approved by the insurance. It took over three weeks to get a call back. This doctor just does not care for her patience, does not understand their demographics and does not have a very good bedside manner.

1) got an appt back in fall 2016...get a call in spring 2017 that i would have to reschedule b/c the doctor is on VACATION 2) asked to be scheduled at the location 5 mins from my house...the day of the appt got told i had to go to the office that was 40 mins away 3) waiting time was HORRIBLE and i've waited for more than an hour at some doc offices 4) Dr Hamilton has no compassion i felt like i was talking to a machine 6) there was only one lady taking care of payment and she was preoccupied w/ a gentleman who was showing her his kids picture for the past 15 mins...i had to go to the front desk to get someone so i could pay and leave 7) i was told I need to be on antibiotics and when i asked why since i was told there was no bacterial infection i was told "i'm not sure why but the doctor prescribed it".... DON'T GO TO THIS DOC

Dr. Hamilton was very amiable and professional. She put my worries to rest.

Went to Dr. Hamilton as a follow up after having nephrostomy tubes placed in an ER visit. After waiting over 2 hours past my appointment time, Dr. Hamilton had not reviewed my records and was scrambling to review them with me in the office. She attempted to close the valve of the tubes only one week after the procedure then after unable to find he proper took to do so, decided it would be best to wait 2-3 weeks for previous infection to be cleared and potential swelling to subside. Very rushed and poor demeanor. I felt uncomfortable and will not be back.

Dr. Williams needs a refresher course on etiquette when treating patients with disability. She was so rude impersonal and made patient feel like she was a burden. Her lack of compassion and patience was obvious. Everyone deserves equal treatment regardless of their disability. Will not be returning to this office.
