Dr. Jacqueline Manares Hughes

I made Dr. Hughes my dentist of choice 2 years ago, because she accepted my insurance. That issue was the replacement of an anchor tooth that gave support for my plate. Two years+ it is still doing it's job. I find the entire staff very professional and even a bit homey which is to my liking;) I also like the location which is local to my home.

As a patient i came in with serious dental issues . I was poked more than 5 times in the gums with numbing medicine that was clearly not effective. I went back weeks later for a cleaning and during the cleaning i was made to feel uncomfortable , judged and criticized. About the condition of my teeth by the dental hygienist. I left in the middle of my cleaning i was so hurt i just cried. I would never recommend this office.

first visit I had a very long wait time, but one of the receptionists was out and computer was down. Second visit took me back because I was early and had me done within an hour. Fillings holding out well, a little pain when I chew though and some sensitivity but all in all not too terrible.
