Dr. Jacqueline Leena Kannan, MD

Dr.Kannan listens to you and explains everything about your visit and answers your questions. The staff is also very nice.

This is not a direct review of the doctor but the overall care of the facility. I arrived for my appt and received helpful service at the front desk and was directed where to wait. I waited about 45mins before the front office staff came out to me to tell me I was "late" for my appt and that they did not know if I could be seen, they were checking with the doctor and I was asked to continue to wait (with no time frame given) while they made their decision. While I understand respecting others time and time constraints, the way I was left to wait with no communication for 45mins is unacceptable and unprofessional. Not one person from the back came to address the issue, they had the front office staff do it, whom also could or really should have said something when I arrived "late" but nothing was communicated. This experience felt very disregarding and disrespectful to patient care.

She is the absolute best, always makes you feel like you are being heard.

Good questioner upon arrival. Support staff good. Dr. Cannan said that the type of arthritis I was experiencing was only temporary, good news. However, I’ll give it a couple weeks of rest, as suggested, to post my opinion.
