Dr. Jacqueline G. Parchem

Does not listen and talks down to patients. Does not seem to communicate well with fellow doctors. In my experience with her at Memorial Hermann Memorial City, she attempted 3 times to cancel my ultrasound appointments despite multiple conversations and my own doctor's orders, all based on "protocol" because she believed on a cursory glance these were not necessary. On one of these times, I was fresh out of the ER for complications with my high risk pregnancy. I cannot fathom having her as my OB and think it unfortunate that she seemingly holds a position of authority at Memorial Hermann MFM where she can affect other patients at this level. She clearly doesn't see patients as people, but rather just numbers/targets. For a high risk specialist it seems odd to me that she only cares about checking off boxes instead of paying closer attention and actually listening.
