My first visit with Dr. Payne and staff was very good. Everyone was pleasant. Dr. Payne was very professional, knowledge and kind. I look forward to a good relationship between doctor and patient. Thank you for a good experience.

STAFF SUCKS

She is very professional and she is a caring doctor and she knows medicine You can not find a better doctor in this local area that would be more caring and knowledgeable about her profession I would recommend her to anyone

Does not listen or take time with her patients. Was referred to me by my mother. Went to her because it was convenient. Currently looking for a new doctor.

She was in my network and she the location is easily accessible. I am currently looking for another dr, Bedside manner and professionalism below avg

Dr.Payne,she is down to earth an realistic.but at the same time needs to listen to the patient and actually care what they say and not take another doctor word over the person going through the pain.second not just jump off and tell the person that they can go through therapy when there is a risk to paralyze that person.i will not do what she put a order in for when she hasn't treated me and my problem.yes she sort of listens but also jump off and tells the person what's best for them.I'm not trying to be paralyzed just yet.and if this continues I'll report her.i have small kids and i don't want to be in a chair for the rest of my life.so i let her know not going to do therapy until i'm cleared by my surgeon.doctors really need to get a grip and know that they are by far God and could make things worse for people.so if she does this again for me i will get another doctor.

I like Jacqueline Payne because I told her from the beginning as a new patient that I expect her to listen to me and at lease act like you care if you don't or I would find myself another Doctor I have no problem with that and with that being said we knew what was expected of each other she listens to me and she never rushes me because I'm there because I want to be not because I have to trust me. So I think she's a great Doctor and as patient we have to take charge of our health. Don't go blaming the doctor for not being what you want her to be you have to let her know what you expect fro her and she can either deal or no deal if you know what I mean LOL, She knows her limit also so it goes both ways.

Dr Payne is very knowledgable and personable. With that said, Every time I go into the facility, I have to wait at least 45 minutes after my appointment time to see the doctor and many times over an hour. Then when I do see the Doctor, it seems like it is a timed visit - the shorter, the better. So I do not get adequeate information about my health.

Clinically, Dr. Payne may be a very good doctor, but she has absolutely no bedside manner. She is too clinical. She treats my mother, who has Parkinson's and dementia. She is not caring or supportive. She just asks a few clinical questions and sends us on our way. Very disappointing.
