Dr. Jacqueline A Rheiner, DO

Apparently these other patients had seen a different doctor the new one I saw in Spanish at the Hartford Hospital. Not only was your care excellent in every aspect but her bedside manner as well was exemplary take it from me a patient who has had severe cardiac issues over the last few years including two serious open house as well as multiple Strokes dr. Jacqueline Rodier in my humble opinion is not an outstanding doctor and a credit to her profession as well as a credit to the Hartford Hospital

We had a very bad experience with a Dr Rheiner. She even had the wrong patient information. When we asked her a question she said thats all she had time for and exited the room. She would spend no more than 10 minutes in the room. Nurses had verified there were major quality of care issues with this Doctor. Its a very bad situation.

Dr. Jacqueline Rheiner gave the worst treatment of any doctor I've ever seen at Hartford Hospital. She made up her mind about my diagnosis before seeing me as a patient. She disregarded the reason for the E.R. doctor admitting me. She lied about communicating with other doctors about my treatment and discharged me before I could safely go home. Her demeanor changed when family members were in my room, but even they caught her in two lies. She should not be practicing without supervision. I vow never to go to Hartford Hospital again unless I have no choice. However, my husband and I have promised that we will not allow her to treat either one of us. She is quick to lose her temper and refused me a second opinion when I requested another doctor be present. I was sent home dehydrated and hallucinating.
