Where to begin... This was an emergency visit. I found a lump in one of my breasts. First it took me multiple calls to make an appointment which took between 2-3 hours of my time. Each time, I had to start over because no one bothered to enter my information. The day of the appointment, they changed my schedule 3 times because the Dr. wanted to go home early. I showed up 2 hours earlier than originally scheduled, taking unpaid time off of work, only to wait for over an hour to get in. Once I did get in, she spent a whopping 30 seconds with me to tell me that it is completely normal to be in excruciating pain and have lumps in 1 breast. So, she sends me to get a sonogram. Once I got there, I was told I'd have to schedule it in a few days because they were ready to go home for the day. This was the entire point of me going in the first place. I feel generous even giving this 1 star. Horrible experience start to finish. I didn't get the sonogram done because I will be choosing… someone who actually gives me more attention and cares about their patients. She had her mind made up before I even got to her office. Terrible bedside manner - She does not have the emotional capacity to be a good doctor.
