It is rare to find an office in which the staff and doctor actually listen and take time with you. From the first phone call to my feedback appointment, Dr. Valdes expressed a caring attitude and spent extra time with me to address my concerns and let me know what I could do to compensate for my memory problems due to MS. She helped me to access community resources. I am grateful for finding such a warm caring doctor.

I can't begin to express my gratitude for all the time Dr. Valdes provided my family and the detail and compassion with which she treated us. She spent over an hour with us discussing the test results and advising what resources were available to help. Her report was extremely detailed and she was able to explain things to us in a way we could understand. Her staff were very helpful from the first contact. When I called back after our follow up appointment she returned the call promptly and answered additional questions I had. I cannot say enough about how professional, empathetic and knowledgeable she was in all of our interactions.

She doesn’t care about people, accept that she is getting paid.
