Dr. Jacqueline Mache Walters, MD

a year ago My Doctor, Dr. Jacqueline Walter's is truly a phenomenal woman. As a Dr, a Wife and a Mother of millions she's still a le to balance all of that and stay pretty. I really love how I could not have seen Dr. Walter's in a year or more, and she knows exactly who I am when she walks in the room. That warms my heart, because most Doctors only know you by your chart they have. Dr. Walter's is not judgmental, you can talk to Dr. Walter's about whatever is bothering you and she will listen. I could say much more but this is a review section not a book written contest. If I could give one million stars I would.??

After reading previous reviews I can see that I was not alone in the poor service I received. She is too busy with other things to give her full attention to her patients unless they are a celebrity I guess. If it wasn’t for her being unavailable for my appointment and me not going to a different dr within the practice I would have missed out on the opportunity to begin my fertility journey. Find someone else who can make the time to figure out what is going on with you. I promise.

Dr. Jackie is all about money !! It’s clear she doesn’t care about patients . This my first pregnancy , I have only seen her a few times . When she comes in she is very quick . If you not a celebrity don’t go to her . Just a waste of time !!!

Horrible dr

Rushes through appointment. Lab results do not show up in my online patient portal, and when I send a message through the patient portal or call the office to speak with a nurse about lab results MULTIPLE times, I do not get a response. After almost 2 months of trying to get the results of my labs, I finally had to call and demand to speak to the office manager in order to get a call back. Additionally, Dr. Walters doesn't provide clear guidance for plan moving forward, and when I call the nurse to get clarification on what I should be doing, I leave messages that go ignored. Also, the nurses schedule unnecessary appointments for me and when I show up at the appointment, Dr. Walters is confused by why I am there, and I am also confused because I'm doing what I was told to do by the nurses. Very disappointed in my experience with Dr. Walters.

Dr.Jacqueline Walters was HIGHLY recommend to me. I wanted a Doctor I could gain a relationship with throughout my pregnancy. I was very excited to call and make my appointment. I first called at 8:40 am and the answering machine had not been taken off out the auto greeter. I called again at 9:30 am, the phone just rang and rang. No one answered nor was there a voicemail. I called back at 10:05am, finally got an answer. The lady informed me of what I needed to do to get an appointment. She politely gave me the fax number. Their fax machine stayed busy. I tried faxing my information 4 times before calling back at 11:50am. Guess what....The phone just rang and rang. No voicemail, no auto message. I figured the office closed for lunch, I tried to fax the information one last time. Still busy. I called again at 2:25 pm. This time the lady was not very polite! I let her know the dilemma as far as the fax machine. She then gave me another fax number but she said it so fast! I asked her to… repeat it please. She did so but you could tell she was very irritated. I took this as my finally sign that this office might not be what I needed for a successful pregnancy. :-(

Outstanding doctor. Caring Compassionate and Honest.

Wait times are ridiculous I noticed the office double books appointments times shes not as thorough as I've been told shes always rushing seems short considering this is my first pregnancy I needed a thorough doctor. Follow up are 5 minutes she doesn't carry the chart office staff seems always to ask the same questions I'm like doesn't this show in my chart. Not pleased with my experience at all especially for her pricing for labor and delivery.

Everything was in reticulation and appearance.

I've been going to DR. Walters for 5 years. I love her she's patient and cares about her patients
