Dr. Jacqueline Anne Woodrum, DO

Dr. Woodrum didn't want to run tests...not even the usual bloodwork for fear of not getting paid. While very caring, she seemed overly concerned with the money side of things...requiring co-pays in cash (who carries cash these days?) I scheduled an appt for my little boy right after mine. They didn't have his appt set when I got there. The office staff didn't offer to squeeze him in, didn't even ask for another time to bring him in. In fact, they didn't even apologize for the oversight on their part. I'm glad this doctor retired. She needed to get into another business.

i did not like this woman, she made me feel uncomfortable with how she will not make eye contact. how do you trust someone when they dont look at you, felt like she wasnt listening. she even looks mean. no thank you to helping me with my issues - i will find someone who cares!

Dr. Woodrum and her entire staff are a JOKE. They don't care about their patients in the least bit. After waiting around for 30 minutes you would be lucky to spend even 5 minutes with the actual Dr. They take as many patients as possible; It's pretty obvious they book on 15 minute increments - they're all about how much money they can make in a day, not how they can help the people coming to see them. I will NEVER go back and can't wait until the day I drive by and see that they have closed down! Do not go to this Dr. or Dr.'s office - there are plenty of qualified, nice, and professional doctors right down the road!

This doctor's office never answers the phone when i call. They withdrew 120 dollars out of my checking account and I havent even been there for a year! When i called to find out whats going on at 3 o clock on a friday the office was closed even though their hours are until 5 and theres no way to leave a message. I guess when youre a doctor you can go home whenever you want and ignore people who are 120 dollars short on their bills because this office couldnt call me and tell me i had a balance (if i even have one)
