I have been in outpatient psychiatric treatment for 14 years and have never met a physician so unprincipled in her practice. I have been seeing Dr. Lange for about a year and a half, throughout her transition to her private practice at Dauntless Psychiatry where prescriptions are not called in for days to weeks after my appointments, calls are not returned by reception, communication is not returned when asked, and crisis solutions and are not followed through on Dr. Lange’s front. I have received responses via text from the account associated with Dauntless Psychiatry that are combative, and as the patient I was the one to deescalate the situation with Dr. Lange. I continued seeking care for so long because the major problems weren't highlighted until Dr. Lange's move to Dauntless Psychiatry this spring. I don't believe any patient should be relying on mental health care (crisis or maintenance) with Dr. Lange. Please try to seek alternative care if possible!

I have been dealing with mental health professionals for years now & after moving and needing a new psychiatrist, Lange-Halley was first available. She was rarely in office & reception would tell me she would be on vacation therefore making her extremely difficult to get in contact with. When I was able to get a hold of her, she would see me 20-35 min late after my appointment and would only spend about 15 minutes with me. She prescribed me multiple medications that I had told her I was uncomfortable taking, prescribed Benzos with no context, multiple mood stabilizers at once with alarmingly high mgs on first dosage, & continued to introduce multiple medications suddenly without much detail. When I would have questions about this I would get a hostile answer from her. After asking multiple times as well as giving my consent (I am 20 y/o), Lange-Halley refused to get in contact with my parents saying that it was "unnecessary" whilst yelling; this was my final visit. She consistently… used aggressive body language as well as tones and profane language which was triggering as well as unprofessional. She also labeled my gender incorrectly multiple times and signed off on the document for an ESA of which she also misspelled my name on the front of the letter. This woman shows no compassion, care, and or concern for her patients. Truly astounded.

I would send my worst enemy to her and that's about it.
