Dr. Jacquelyn Hasler Salas, MD

I am extremely disappointed with my experience in the Emergency Department at Lovelace Medical Group under Dr. Jacqueline Salas. During what was already a stressful and vulnerable situation, Dr. Salas’ demeanor was shockingly sarcastic and dismissive. Her tone and communication style made me feel belittled rather than cared for. An emergency department is the last place a patient should feel mocked or emotionally distressed. I also witnessed staff members appearing visibly upset and uncomfortable, which created an unprofessional and tense environment. Compassion, leadership, and professionalism are essential qualities in emergency medicine, and unfortunately, my experience reflected the opposite. No patient should leave an ER feeling worse emotionally than when they arrived. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so that future patients receive the respectful and supportive care they deserve.

Dr. Salas did a great job in my er visit with uncontrollable coughing and difficulty breathing. She ordered helpful tests and medicine. Thank you Dr. Salas!

I was very impressed with Dr. Salas, and her ability to be a great physician while fighting the tyranny of republican economic success in the middle of conservative country.
