I have been under Dr. B’s care for over 15 years. He is patient, thorough and exceptionally knowledgeable. His office setting and staff gives a relaxed non stressful environment. He is of the highest caliber!!

I saw this guy 20yrs ago He had me on so many meds that my family said I was a zombie after being hospitalized the hospital advised me to look for another doctor

Dr. Baillargeon is a great listener and is adaptable to his clients needs. He once gave me extra pills, so I could take an extended vakation. Not sure what I'm going to do once the guy moves on or retires... would be utterly doomed. Compared to M.D. Psychiatry rates, he is very inexpensive.

He is damaging, not healing.

Dr. B is by far the best psychiatrist in San Antonio. He has been my doctor for about 8 years. An example of his care: I was needing guidance on a Sunday afternoon. I called his office and the answering service took my message. Within 20 minutes Dr. B, himself, actually called me back and answered my questions and helped me through a rough time. When I told him my name he actually knew who I was and what medications and dosage I was on ! I have never had that experience with any other doctor EVER ! And that is the reason I stay with him even though he doesn't accept any insurance plans. He is worth every penny.

My husband has been Dr B's patient for many years. Dr B is responsive, caring and skilled.
