Dr. Jacques Guiteau, MD

I went to a first time patient consultation a few days ago. When Dr.Guitea walked in I greeted him by saying "Good Morning". He did not respond, nor did he say hello, how are you, what brings you in today etc? I was shocked. He then walks out of the office to grab my paperwork, comes back, his cell phone rings and he takes the call. I am shocked all over again and at this point I am over it. As I begin to grab my things to leave, he tells me he will be right with me. I tell him it is ok, and I have to go. I continue to grab my belongings and walk out. I have never experienced anything like this from someone working in the medical field.

No hello, how are you, what brings you in today, etc. He then walks out of the room, grabs my paperwork, comes back in, still does not say a word. Suddenly his phone rings, he answers the call and tells me he will be right with me. At this point I am over it. Not only did he not greet me, but you sit here and take a phone call. I begin to gather my things to leave . He still continues to say he will be right with me. I let him know that is ok and I walk out.
