Jacques Serge Parisien. M.D., Is heartless, cold, doesn't even look at you. I went for an appt the receptionist Molly didn't have on a mask, I asked her to put a mask on and she said, that I was early for my appt and I could wait outside. Mind you my appt was for 1pm and it was12:54pm. She was rude and abrasive, I felt unsafe with her combative words and behavior. When I mentioned her behavior to the Dr he said nothing.

I wish I can give this doctor zero star, I have the worst injury in worker’s compensation history, I can barely walk straight and he sees me struggling and he still cleared me for work. Mind u I work in a hazardous job!!! He is heartless. The worst doctor in Brooklyn.

This doctor knew that I have a severe injury and he totally ignored all test results. Denied my medical treatment, and said I didn't need any treatments. Now I need surgery. I would never recommend anyone to you Mr.Parisien, you're cruel, and should not be allowed to practice any type of medicine.

This doctor is so heartless, I don’t know how he sleeps at night. He will deny all your services knowing you’re severely injured, and seeing all your medical documents. He doesn’t care if you fell down a flight of stairs. He sees so many patients in one day and spends only about 10 mins with each of that much. Heartless human being! I wouldn’t give him half a star and never wants to see him again.

This is a mill run by a smiling, 79 Doctor. The waiting room is always crammed (25 people) they just keep coming. The exam room has no medical equipment, looks like an office. This doctor is very dangerous, he will fabricate entire reports to favor the insurance company and jeopardize your life. Please protect yourself and record the exam or take someone in with you.

The experience was totally disappointing and alarming. The man totally dismissed every condition in my body has resolved which is totally untrue. I was assaulted at work in dec and have bee in pain ever since and this dr ignored all facts staring him in the face.

Dr. Parisien is a fantastic doctor. He was very attentive and thorough, and my surgery went flawlessly. His staff were professional and helpful. There was a bit of a wait at his office, but nothing out of the ordinary. I am very happy with the outcome of my surgery. I have never had any more pain since the surgery, which was 11 years ago.
