Dr. Jacquline Naudia Hayles-Patterson, MD

The staff at this location was nice and Dr. Patterson seemed nice enough during my visit. Being a new patient I didn't know what to expect because some of the reviews I had read online prior pertaining to Dr. Patterson weren't the best. I wish I would have listened to the reviews. I was seen in her office on Tuesday and immediately following my visit Dr. Patterson was supposed to send in a prescription to my pharmacy for me to pick up. It took her TWO DAYS to send in the prescription and that was after I called the office 4 different times in the course of those two days. The first time I left a voice message on the nurse's line and never received a call back. The the second time (which was the next day) I was able to talk to the nurse and she took down my information/message and said she would get it to Dr. Patterson right away. Hours later the pharmacy still had no record of a scrip being sent in for me. Later on that same day I called and spoke to the nurse AGAIN and was told that… she had given Dr. Patterson my messages and that Dr. Patterson was busy with patients and hadn't checked her messages yet (by this time it's been 24 hours since I was seen in her office). Now day TWO comes (it's now Thursday, my office visit was Tuesday) and still no record of a scrip being sent in to my pharmacy from her. I called the office one final time and was immediately placed on hold and then disconnected ( I think they hung up on me, I'm sure they have caller ID and knew it was me) only for my phone to ring and miraculously it was Dr. Patterson's office calling me to say that she had sent in the prescription to my pharmacy. I had called my pharmacy not even 20 minutes before placing that phone call to Dr. Patterson's office and still there was no record of a prescription being sent in for me by her. Absolutely ridiculous! A patient should never feel like they are not a priority and they should not have to harass their doctor for a prescription to be filled. I don't know how she even has patients. I will NEVER go back to Dr. Patterson again!

Dr. Patterson and her staff are the most incompetent bunch I have ever had the displeasure of meeting. I have been suffering from hyperemsis thru out my pregnancy, I had requested my medication a week in advance, and Dr. Patterson kept forgetting to refill it. I ended up in the emergency room because of this. I had become severely dehydrated and needed fluids. When I confronted her on not refilling my prescription; she stated she never received the multiple messages that I was ill and needed it.( I had even handed her names of staff members in her group that I notified of how sick I was, one which name is Mercedes ) I even called her emergency hotline before heading to the ER, and got hung up on four times!!! On top of all this, she would schedule for my ultrasound on days when they would not perform ultrasounds. Also, while hearing my babies first heartbeat, Dr. Patterson was on her cellphone (very unprofessional ). The staff member that performs the ultrasound, does not explain… anything at all to us, and had a terrible attitude. I ended up having to find another doctor, she kept costing me a fortune since I had to return numberous times to the ER to get my medication, and all she had to say for this was, " I never got the message". Please, if anyone cares about their little one, go to another doctor. I could not continue to risk mine and my baby's health from her and her staff's lack of competency.
