Dr. Jacquline Yvonne Todd, MD

Dr. Todd delivered my daughter. My wife and her are both alive and well when the circumstances were not promising. She was decisive , tactical, strategic & gave me confidence as she worked. Bedside manners are overrated, especially when life is on the line.

Dr Todd was very rushed and did not explain things. She didn’t try to establish any form of relationship with me or make me feel comfortable before my first ever pelvic exam. She didn’t not seem to care about me at all. I was positioned awkwardly and not explained any of the procedure. She was in and out of my room in less than 5 Minutes and left me honestly traumatized. Would not go again.

I have been a patient of dr todd for 5 years. She is a wonderful, caring physician. I recently had surfery & she knee how i hated having the oxygen nask right on my face so she geld it on the side & also held my my hand saying reassuring things until i fell asleep. She cares about her patience & yet is so down to earth! I highly recommend her.

I transferred to this crystal run and DR Todd from new york lennox hill and so far she has been great so good that i now take my daughter to her for care i have read the other reviews and i can not believe this is the same person i have had a great experience with her

I was a new patient to Dr. Todd for my annual Pap Smear. As a new patient, her nurse came in the room introduced herself, asked me to undress and get in a robe. A few minutes later Dr. Todd entered and asked a few personal questions relative to my health. She did not review my medical history in great details and she assumed I did not have any children, phrased so your 39 years old with no children. I have (3) children but if I did not have any children I would have been insulted. Dr. Todd bedside manner was awful. As a new patient, she should have met with me privately, discussed my history, and then proceeded with physical examination. She established no relationship with me. I would not be seeing her again.

I went in to see this doctor to confirm my pregnancy. She barely ever made eye contact. I had a lot of information to discuss with her being that I am a high risk pregnancy and had a couple issues last time that I wanted to bring to her attention. She never even let me finish my sentence without cutting me off and asking me something else. She never fully listened to me and she never once explained what she was doing or why. She started doing an internal exam and never said why or what she was doing. This is my second pregnancy and it was an awful experience, especially compared to the first. With being a high risk pregnancy I know I should be monitored more closely and she never sent me for blood work or an ultrasound or anything and said come back at 11 weeks. It's been almost a month since I have seen her and I still had so many unanswered questions and concerns so I have called the office twice now with concerns. Every time I call her nurse tells me that Dr. Todd said no, or she… said you are fine, she refuses to confirm how many weeks I am when I need to have a high risk procedure done at a certain amount of weeks and I can not be sure of how far along I am because she has never sent me for an ultrasound to confirm. I used to also work at an obgyn office and know that pregnancies should be confirmed with an ultrasound. Also my other big issue with her is that with my last pregnancy I had become anemic. The doctor never addressed this with me or sent me to do bloodwork to test my iron levels. I had been very sick and weak for about 2 weeks when I finally diagnosed myself as being anemic and started taking an iron pill, I started to feel so much after that. I called the office to tell them and she never addressed anything with me. I am going to see a different doctor next week to address all these concerns and am refusing to see her ever again for pregnancy or any other issue. I have been very unsatisfied.

this was my first visit but the dr & staff made me feel very comfortable. i would definitely recommend her

I have never been so rushed in an appointment in my life. Dr Todd's hand was literally on the door handle as I was trying to ask a question. She didn't tell me any measurements or the baby's heart rate and she was out th door before I could ask. I'm concerned that if she is my delivery doctor that she'll order an unnecessary c-section because it's more convenient for her time schedule.

I waited in the office for 20 minutes for her to show up. She saw me fir 5 minutes never asked me questions and never let me ask any. She just told me I need another ultrasound but barley said why and I had to rush and ask her as she was leaving if there were any other problems.
