Dr Naser took his time, listened, went over diagnosis slowly and answered all my questions. Nurse and most of staff was also excellent. Billing person was a bit snippy though, otherwise I would recommend Dr Naser to friends and family.

Waiting time was very long, even after the office called for me to come in 45 mins. after my scheduled time. However, once the doctor saw me, he was very thorough and spent a lot of time with me.

Dr Naser is a professional with good "bedside" manner, as is his physician's assistants. A negative... The practice has a tendency to expect more office visits than necessary, as in having you in to discuss blood work results, even when the results come back good. All previous doctors simply had their PAs phone me with results: if good, no problem; if not let's come in for a talk. The office staff is curt, impatient over the phone, disorganized with paper work, and does not aim to please. In 40 years of going to medical and dental offices I have never encountered such an uncaring office staff.

Not too crazy about some of the wait times,however once seen never felt rushed and was always given enough time for Q&A

We find Dr. Naser easy to talk to and he always gives us enough time on our visits. We like him very much and have consolidated most of our health needs to him.
