Dr. Jader Harlow, DO

Dr. Harlow listens, ask questions to narrow down best course of action. She takes her time & explains what she is doing & why. Very professional bedside manner, never felt rushed as I had with previous Drs. I appreciate being seen close to appointment time, I've left other offices due to wait times. Thank you Dr. Harlow, appreciate your professionalism.

If you are going to a doctor because you have issues that need to be actually addressed go to a different doctor. I struggled to get Dr. Jader to even discuss the conditions I made the appointment to see her for. She kept asking about my family history because she spent most of the time typing in my information into records. Didn’t even look at the rash on my stomach or even asked about it! Hardly glanced up when I was telling her where the pain was in my hands, just offered to prescribe an aid I had already told her I had and was using. Ushered me out and said the lady at checkout will have everything I need. At checkout I’m told she only ordered bloodwork! Never did anything about why I was there didn’t even have a proper conversation about it. I waited weeks in pain and discomfort, took a day off from work, and drove an hour for this appointment for absolutely nothing, just so I could wast two and a half hours plus two more driving to end up exactly where I started. Everyone was… nice, but I need help and medical attention and my needs and concerns were not addressed not by a long shot. Oh and after a VERY short one page questionnaire she had the nerve to recommend I see a psychiatrist, seriously what is that?!?

Dr Harlow is everything a Dr is suppose to be. Dr Harlow saved my partners life. She cares about her patients. She listened, acted and reacted in doing so she saved a life.
