The two tall nurses are not kindly they are aggressive and rude to patients. when I visited today they were especially angry and spoke to me in a scary way. I have never seen this kind of sight in any hospital

I agree with other review, very quick to give pills. Must have serious kick back for all the drugs I was taking which in turn made my health worse. Had a call into the doctor, never received call back, very unprofessional. Find another provider.

Went to Dr. Lee for an immigration health check and was very impressed by his experience and professionalism. The entire office was courteous, flexible and very easy to work with. A thousand times better (and even more affordable) than the clinic we used last year. Highly recommended

Extremely rude staff, very unorganized billing. Dr. Lee is quick to throw meds at an issue before thoroughly examining the problem.

Great doc

Dr. Lee addresses my medical concerns but doesn't over focus on treating only them as so many providers do today. He addresses the bigger issues in my life and helps me to improve my health overall. He also works to make sure that health issues - including school immunizations, brief illnesses, and general concerns - don't require major forays into the medical world, just brief and easy trips to the family doctor. He makes health easier and simpler.

Dr. Lee is a very personable and caring physician. I have been to him for general issues and annual physicals, and he always takes time to explain what is going on and has very good "bedside manner". I also appreciate the ease of getting appointments and the courtesy of the staff.

My first complaint is Dr. Lees lack of knowledge. Instead of assessing or evaluating symptoms to find the root cause, he tends to just prescribe medications that will mask the symptoms. For instance, my mother recently went in with symptoms of indigestion and feeling full constantly, which went on for some time. Instead of running tests, he prescribed my mother Creon (pancreatic enzymes). When my mother showed me the prescription, I called his office to talk to him and ask him if my mother was newly diagnosed with pancreatic enzyme insufficiency. His response was "no." He said he prescribed the medication because it tends to help people with "digestive issues." I asked him if he ran any tests and again, his response was "no." I did not fill that prescription for my mother because I did not like her being experimented on and felt it would only muddy up the situation by adding another medication that may cause more gastrointestinal side effects. Soon thereafter, my mother went to… the ER due to a gallstone. Her pancreas is doing great! This is just one example of many experiences where I felt like Dr. Lee did not appropriately evaluate/assess symptoms as a medical provider should. In addition, I felt like all he wanted was never ending office visits so that he can keep billing insurance and getting copays. My mother is in her 70s and has severe osteoporosis. She has been taking Vicodin (hydrocodone/APAP) as needed, uses very sparingly, has not asked him for a refill in over a year. I asked him to call in a new prescription in for this medication to the pharmacy, as my mother is up-to-date with her office visits, last saw Dr. Lee < 6 months ago. He said "no" and said she has to come in. I asked him if there was a reason why he wanted her to come in and his reply was "to pick up the prescription." I tried to explain to him that the prescription could be phoned/faxed into the pharmacy. However, he demanded my mother come in. I asked him again what the rationale was for having me take time off of work to take my mother in for a refill for a ongoing pain med that my mother uses rarely for a chronic pain diagnosis and he could not give me an explanation other than "it's our office policy." Then he rudely added, "if you don't like it, then go somewhere else." That was really unprofessional, rude, and unnecessary. I was willing to take her in if he gave me rationale for wanting her to come in but he was unable to provide me one. I know that patients have to go in for a hard copy prescription for C2 prescriptions such as oxycodone but I have never heard of going in to get a prescription for a C3-5 pain medication. Seems like unnecessary expenditure of healthcare, a waste of time for patient and provider. It was then that I was able to confirm that he just wanted payment from the insurance just for refilling a prescription. Patient care should come first, not money!

DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR. This doctor graduated from a lower class school and generally I am supportive. However, this doctor literally told me he didn't know what was wrong with me and in the span of three weeks of chest congestion, fever, body aches, and sputum, he just threw antibiotics at it. the 1st time was 1500 azithromycin. The 2nd time 300 mg over the course of 10days. So another 3000 mg. horrible care. Nurses told the office that there was something wrong with me.
