Dr. Jafar Kolahifar, MD

I must be honest Dr. Kolahifar DOES NOT DESERVE HIGH RATINGS AT ALLLL!!! He told me which I was his patient for at least 5+ years in my 20s, my father, my mother, my husband and I should be locked away from the world he diagnosed me with two incorrect diagnosis which was corrected by a real doctor not far from him and I found out at the doctors office that I was one of many that was rescued from him he said there was no hope for me as a bipolar to my correct diagnosis IS bipolar affective disorder one and the only thing that made me stop working was the increase in more surgeries because of severe stage for endometriosis and because I did not see him or any other doctor for a few months he would not take me back because I was having one of my episodes and he turned me away what a shock and before he had a private practice he worked at the not so reputable Kings Park mental hospital that close down and oh yes that hospital had the worst reputation and when it closed from what I was… told and when I have heard is the people that were locked away in the asylum areas were literally kicked out and let loose now I ask you does that sound like someone you would want to go to plus his hours were horrible and how many times was I slept off and I know the doctor because he had to go visit his beloved Persia but yet I should be locked away from the world I shouldn’t be given a shot even though I got so lucky as to be blessed with a mental disorder nobody wants to be sick whether it’s mental or physical and nobody wants to watch their family go through with that either maybe he needs a new lesson in psychiatry and if he does go talk to Dr. Miguel Calimano a real psychiatrist THAT ACTUALLY CARES ABOUT YOU!!! The kicker is he kept saying he wouldn’t see me because he wasn’t sure if I was getting prescriptions from another psychiatrist and told me to go there I wasn’t getting any description from anyone else and at that point the ice staff law and the law was already sending doctors paperwork about their patients if they were on any narcotic pain medications I’ve been on painkillers on my own volition for over eight years now and I have to thank Dr. Calimano and myself for saying NO!!! My health continues to deteriorate physically but my mental state is completely under control I worked as a board and teacher for quite some time before I had to leave because my physical health was going down and down and down what do you have a doctor tell my family and myself but there’s no help for me and then I should be locked away forever till the end of my days he made me sound like I was the same kind of person as a Michael Myers just female version. They say children look up to their mothers when they are young especially like in the eyes of a child mother is God and then when we grow up and become adults we look at our doctor wants me to move for me since Pinetree and most patients even me look at my eyes doctors the ones who mean anything to me like they are gone like they’re going to help me and save me but this doctor didn't. I want to thank Dr. Miguel Calimano for taking me into his practice and then following him with his new practice because honestly I was taught how to deal with my illness and how to cope with it even when I feel the worst whenever I called him for help he was always there and I found out I only have one diagnosis not two or maybe three all I wanted was a Doctor Who cared..... Dr. Kolahifar DID NOT!!! I looked look forward to seeing his wife and eating some of the lollipops in the front of the office that was the only bonus any visit with this man and I have friends in psychiatry so my doctors and some or therapists but in the end I want and hopefully after 52 years he retires God knows what damage she caused at the pysch center.... ?? Well I beat ur prophecy with flying colors!!! And by the way I did this so you would know who it is you would know how I felt because of what you said and how you felt I was useless and worthless I don’t really understand and one drug she didn’t want to try for me was with you and I was the only meds like Lithium that saved me so was Depakote and you never gave me that instead you were too busy giving me whatever you had in your closet!!! Just wanna let u kno I got 2 businesses now that I started up MYSELF AND THE PERSON YOU WANTED TO LOCK ME AWAY IS DOIN WONDERFUL HAPPY THINGS!!! I think YOU NEED A DR. HIT UP DR. CALIMANO, I HEAR HES TAKING NEW PATIENTS!!! Lastly, I do wanna say ty for throwing me away bc I never would’ve met Dr. Calimano bless his heart & although you made me feel worthless for a loooooong time I wish
