Dr. Jaffar Abbas Tremazi, MD

My mother suffers from Fibromyalgia and just wanted to be seen by the doctor but the receptionist is the worst person ever. I don't understand how they have a high rating with staff that treats future patients in such a way to not come back.

One of girls at the front desk is extremely rude. I don’t understand how they would allow someone to speak to patients with a serious illness or anyone for that manner in such a condescending tone. I had to come down in person to make an appointment for one of the doctors at this location with an authorization letter. I came to window and asked to make an appointment and she told me I needed an authorization letter and I said yes I have the referral here with me. So she then started explaining to me the difference between an authorization letter and referral and I just stood there with blank look on my face. She took the authorization letter and said I needed to change the code because they don’t accept that code. I ask her how I would do that and she explained that I needed to go back to my primary doctor and they would have to do it. So I drove back to my general doctor and explained what I needed. The girls at the front dest there told me that they only want to change the code to… receive more money and they could’ve changed the code themselves instead of making me drive an hour back and forth. I decided not to go back to that office and find another doctor. What made me upset is that I have lupus and its hard for me to do anything from the pain and the fatigue alone makes it hard to do daily errands. Please don’t work in the medical field if you don’t know how to be helpful to people with an illness.

He is very caring. He always makes you feel good. He always has a smile on his face

This review is mostly directed to the staff at Chaparral Medical Group in Pomona which are by far the worst staff I have ever encountered. They are rude and seem not to know anything since no one can answer a simple question. They will just pass you along to the next person until you end up speaking to the same person you started with and still not get an answer to your question. And forget about even thinking of speaking with them on the phone they will put you on hold forever and then when someone does pick up they say "oh you need to speak with someone else" and BAM you're on hold again for another 30 minutes. Also, appointments don't mean anything in this place as you will wait at least an hour to be seen.You know you may be the best doctor in the world but having incompetent staff does not do you any good and reflects bad on you.

Dr. Tremazi is professional while being caring, understanding and ALWAYS on time.

Im 38 years old and 2 years ago i was diagnosed with lupus. I was so devistaded with the news but now im feeling much better and more happier than ever.I see dr. tremazi every 2 months he's my best dr. He always listens to you and answers all ur questions. Sometimes he makes u laugh with things he says and i love it cause that makes us forget about our sickness for a while i sure will like to say HE'S THE BEST...

Ive been treating with Dr. Tremazi for close to eight years now. He listens to my concerns, answers my questions, and follows up with tests. He returns my calls. When I'm in a flare, I can usually speak with him or his assistant about my concerns. Very nice doctor and staff.

I switched to Dr. Tremazzi from another rheumatologist. I have L:upus and RA, and Dr. Tremazzi is so positive, proactive and thorough. He really listens to everything and takes me seriously!! My old rheumy didn't seem like he was even listening to me most of the time, or that he thought I was exaggerating. NOT Dr. T!! He gets my referrals so quickly and actually remembers what I told him last time. I am so thankful for him.

Dr. Tremazi is an excellent rheumatologist. He is very knowledgeable, attentive, actively listens to your concerns and answers your questions. He makes sure you have what you need (i.e. prior authorizations, lab orders, refills, etc). Great bedside manner. Very little wait time, if any. I'm very satisfied with his care and I highly recommend him. Staff is great as well.
