waiting room a little quiet but you feel at home and not afraid.he takes the time to talk to you so you don't leave still haveing questions unanswered.i have no problems getting seen when i need to or haveing the docto call me back at home.

I actually like the doctor,as he is willing to spend time with me, but his unprofessional office staff are too much to deal with. They appear rude and very disorganized. They (and the doctor) have no knowledge of the provisions of the insurances with which they have agreed to participate, and seemingly no desire to learn. Difficult to get results of lab work. Long delays (4 months)by office staff with setting up referrals to other physicians as prescribed by Malakar.

Caring & professional. Could use updated equipment in the office to help run the office efficiently. Needs a more professional & happier staff as they are rude & uncaring.Staff can not remember any requests from patients. Patient needs to keep calling office to get info,no call backs are made from staff. Dr is fantastic if he hired professionals & office manager he would be in better shape & the patients would be more satisfied.

Arrogant. Thinks patients should be seen rather than heard. Thinks patients can't be trusted to describe their problems, or the tests which have already been performed. Insisted on repeating tests which had already been done twice and proven negative. Came up with a diagnosis totally unsupported by my symptoms. Referred me to another Doctor who then took that information and added to the mis-information in my patient record.
