Jaganmohan Poli, MD

Jaganmohan R. Poli, M.D., a board-certified radiation oncologist, joins Hackensack Meridian Ocean University Medical Center as the new Medical Director of Radiation Oncology. Prior to joining the Ocean University team, Dr. Poli served as an Attending Radiation Oncologist at WellSpan Radiation Oncology and Einstein Jefferson Medical Center, bringing a depth of experience from major academic and clinical health systems.

In addition to providing expert cancer care for patients, he has held leadership positions including Vice Chair of the Department of Radiation Oncology at Drexel University College of Medicine. He has authored numerous peer-reviewed publications and has been an invited speaker at many national and international conferences, sharing his expertise on advanced radiation techniques. His commitment to patient safety and ethical research is demonstrated through his service on numerous hospital committees, including Quality Assurance, Radiation Safety, and Institutional Review …Boards.

He has been recognized for his dedication to medical education, receiving the Association of Residents in Radiation Oncology (ARRO) Educator of the Year Award. He also earned the Radiological Society of North America (RSNA) Resident Research Award for his contributions to the field.
