Rude dr. Don't go to him. Screams at patient and seems like he hates his job. Very bad experience.

This was the worst experience. I went with my sister for her appointment. We waited for over 45 minutes and then, the doctor spent the whole time looking at her chest. When she asked questions, he told her that she "could probably just google it." Then, he did a biopsy. By the time we got home, she was in so much pain (which google said was not normal) that we called the office. He said she needed to come right back. When we got back to the office, they had us wait another half an hour. When we got called back again he said "well it is really swollen and you are in pain. I will give you something and by tomorrow it should be better." Then he said, "what should I give you?" She said "you tell me" she said that because, umm he is the doctor. I do not recommend him at all.

Went in to get my ears checked. First visit went "normal." Wait time about 35 minutes. I was rescheduled for a hearing test. I wanted to confirm that the hearing test was covered under my insurance (Anthem PPO), so I called the staff and asked if they could confirm and I was told they would do that when I arrived at the office. When I arrived at the office, there was nowhere to sit. Two other patients (not including me) where standing. 45 minutes later I get called in and told they are sorry they overlooked me, that I should have been seen sooner because I was just getting a hearing test. I asked if they confirmed that my insurance covered the test. They had not, so I had to wait another 15 minutes. When the staff came back they said it was not covered under my insurance since my deductible was not met. Every other doctor's office that I have been to before this one always confirmed coverage before the day of the appointment. They had about a month to confirm coverage. Waste of… time.
