Dr. Bhagat is the most thorough doctor I've ever seen. We drive in from East Lansing to see him because he is much more thorough than any other doctor I found in the Lansing area. He listens and is detailed. If something is wrong he will get to the bottom of what it is. I accept the wait times because he is worth waiting for.

He does not care about his patients. Always late for appointments and kept you waiting for 1-2 hours and saw you for 5 minutes. Impatient and rude.

Office staff is rude and wait time over an hour. Dr Jagdish arrogant and disrespectful attitude. He’s very old and should of retired many years ago.

I really like Dr Bhagat. I think he listens and very good. His staff on the other hand is terrible. They don't follow through and it takes 2 to 3 calls for them to take care of what he told them to do. Usually wait an hour or more toget in.

Dr. B. is very thorough. He will give his patients time to discuss what's going on...but I think he over books himself with appointments every 15 minutes. I've waited up to 3 hrs. for an appointment.
