Dr. Jagdish Lal, MD

Ive been a patient of Dr Lals for a few yrs now ..Let's start with office staff..Felicia (front desk) is so RUDE and racist!! YOU can never get your refills on time..You have to continously call and wait..And Lord forbid you have to cancel 1 appt just know if you run out of meds you will not get any refills until you come in to see the Dr..I've never been to a Dr where you have to see the Dr every other month just in order to get your refills..They over book pt appts , You get 10 mins with Dr Lal just to ask "what you're here for"??? You made the appt not me!!! You then have to wait about 10mins for Felicia to ck you out bc shes busy talking to her co workers...Its a loosing battle all around with this office and the way they treat their patients..long wait times to see Dr, 10 mins with the Dr, wait time to ck out and her rudeness..But when it comes to billing ins..Dr makes out like he spent 40-50 mins with you and over charges ins for things that weren't even talked about..I will be… contacting MEDICARE AND THE MEDICAL BOARD and file a complaint..How does a Dr charge over $700 for a wellness ck and only spent 10 mins with you???? All he did was listen to my lungs??? Highway robbery if you ask me...please read reviews when looking for a good Dr.. I liked Dr Lal in the beginning but he's just there for the $$$$$..SAD...

Dr Lal is an excellent doctor that listens to your health problem and has a professional plan to ensure your health is well taken care off. I am a traveling and visiting veteran and I am impressed with Dr. Lal. His staff are friendly, professional and polite. Recommend Dr. Lal if you are seeking medical treatment.

Dr. Lal is very professional and accommodating physician. He has and continued to treat my family for the better of 15 years. Any medical issues outside of his expertise he immediately refers to an appropriate facility. Dr. Lal is indeed a wonderful doctor a;nd a pillow in the community. Thanks

he is a awful Doctor his License should be pulled, he told me I was depressed well not so much, I has Lyme Disease induced Lupus, great job. I almost died I now have a port in my chest for treatments.I would have had a better chance going to a vet.

I came to this doctor as a referral from a patient of his. I moved to fayetteville and was needing a family care doctor. I my appointment was at 130 and I showed up at 1:15. I was brought back at 2:00. When I was brought back the lady that took my vital signs was so sweet and nice which gave me a good feeling about the doctor. When the doctor came in, he ask, are you sick? um I'm at the doctor's office, what do you think. Anyways after explaining to him that my condition currently was affecting a preexisting condition with my heart, he said "well I can give you something for what's wrong now but I can't do anything about your heart." After telling him the instructions from my previous doctor, conditions, and all the test that they did and dates of when, he said I would have to wait 2 or 3 weeks and see if he could get my file. so I'm sitting here worried that my heart condition which can be dangerous with a common cold, will get worse. His bedside manner was terrible and just… asked 3 questions and that was it. Before leaving the office manager asked me if I was coming back or was this a one time thing? Totally unprofessional in my opinion. I will never be back nor recommend that practice to anyone

He's very unprofessional and should have never took an oath to care for patients. My mother was in extreme pain,couldn't get out the bed. It took him 2 days to respond and for what, he still didn't do anything for her pain.

I have been a patient of Dr. Lal for over a year. Anytime i need an appointment, i receive one the same day.
