This Dr refused to let us transfer our child to another hospital. Her profile says she believes in keeping parents informed and building relationships which is not the experience we had with her at alll!! We NEVER saw her or any member of her team in the hospital until they wanted to do a procedure on our child that was unnecessary, and then keep the baby for a minimum of 7 days if negative!!!! and 21 days if positive!! Thankfully our family members are in the medical field and suggested a transfer to another children's hospital but Dr Singh refused to let that happen. She needed time to sleep in her ego before deciding to "allow" our child to go to a better hospital which was also cleaner. In our opinion we feel like our child was held hostage because we had great insurance and that's all she cared about. She even gave an attitude to our family member that is in the medical field and the outside hospital Dr. that accepted our baby. The other hospital did a great job and our… baby was discharged 2 days after transfer. With no procedure!! Just antibiotics. Sometimes a bigger hospital=bigger egos which can harm a family unit. Practice what you preach!!
