I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the State of Texas. My educational background is in Clinical Psychology. I’m a member of the American Counseling Association. My experience includes assisting clients with relational issues, low self-esteem, depression, stress, anxiety, and trauma. My approach has evolved over the years and will continue to do so over time, as I only utilize treatment methods that have been shown to succeed. Currently, I utilize an eclectic approach to counseling with an emphasis on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT). I do not believe in a one size fits all approach in counseling. I pride myself in providing clients with the best possible service I can offer, which includes understanding their culture, religious beliefs, lifestyle, etc. I strongly believe everyone deserves to be treated with respect and dignity.
