Great doctor and caring man. Doesn't deserve what the feds are doing to him. Doctors can't help if clients don't take drugs as they prescribe. He and his family are in my thoughts.

He is a great doctor, he got me way down out of my daze. I went to college, got my degree. Doctor G. Has changed my life for the good!!

If someone gets a RX that says take 3 a day that doesn't mean to do these in a way that is illegal and good ole fashion common sense says don't do them all at once so in my opinion the Dr. Isn't to blame here. The drugstore gave them to the patients why aren't they responsible as well the to be fair here patient is the lone responsible person.

Dr. Guerrero is a sweetheart. He help and explain things that other pain specialist did not. Every time I had my appointment to see him he would spend time with me and David check my back and left leg (I adore David and the office staff too). People need to be responsible for taking their medicine as they are prescribed. The Dr. Guerrero or any other doctor can hold your hand while you take your meds the way it needs to be taking or a despenser to give it to as it should be take it. I know if you screw up you're out of the program. He take he patients and he job as their P.M very seriously. He does urine testing and pill counting too. Waiting to see him is very reasonable too. He and he staff are one of the best I've been to, they and he are very respectable and friendly. I wish all pain management doctors were as he is. I know when I could not make my appointment with him they were very sweet and prompt about the next appointment for me. Thank you Dr. Guerrero.

I really like Dr Guerrero and think he is a very good doctor and have have been to quite a few of them,only 1 former pain doctor whom I disliked as I told him on the 1st visit that I was not a candidate for an epidural and could never have one and that my back condition was extremely rare,however the next times I went back there they would keep mentioning about me having an epidural after I had told both the nurses and doctor. My 1st visit with Dr Guerrero was very pleasant and he answered all my questions and actually explained to me about your discs in a way I understood better than any of the orthopedics I had seen. He has always taken the time to explain things if I ask anything, more so than most doctors I have seen. I really like his personality and plan to continue seeing him.

People have a lot of misconceptions about Pain Management and Pain Management Physicians. If your looking for a "Script" well it is not going to happen, you have to be referred from another Physician and have documented pain issues through diagnoses and Radiological or other medical studies ie CAT Scans, MRI's ect. Another misconceptions is that Patients can easily get Scheduled Pain meds ie Opiates from your Physician that is simply not true-About the only time is either for Tooth extraction, the very lowest doses or some severe injury and very limited like say a broken leg or Post surgery. It took over a decade of suffering pain and getting very little relief and over a year bouncing around with medications that were not opiates but had bad side effects like heart attack or stroke, your Arthritic pain relievers. Very little effect and dangerous side effects. That is what you get from your standard Dr-yeah they will give you lots of those. Finally after getting admitted to Dr G's… practice they have tons of Paperwork, questionnaires and documentation to CYA every nit picky person or agency so don't think anything like Pill Mill. And yes people have been discharged for not following the DR G's directions. Also Clinic days are yes very busy and the Dr is limited with time as few other Drs are in this practice of pain mangement so he has a large amount of patients to attend to because other Drs for obvious reasons just don't want to mess with it for a lack of better terms. So to sum up people have to be aware of the totality when it comes to a specialty of medicine like Pain Management-it isn't as simple as some people try to present it. So if you are in serious chronic pain, and have found no other treatments to work then this may be all that is left. People want miracle cures-their pain gone with no effort or side effects and that is just not how reality works.

If you're just looking for a doctor to write a script then he's the one for you. The only "exam" you'll get is very generic & on your first visit. The wait is anywhere from 1-4 hours, it's like an assembly line, most of the staff is friendly enough, David, the MA, treats everyone like a drug seaker & can be rude. I went to Dr. G for 4 years and got tired of only actually seeing him for 2-3 minutes per visit, I had questions that he didn't want to take the time to answer so I just started going back to my PCP who actually cares, no, my meds aren't as strong but he's actually trying to help me rather than just drug me.

Dr. Guerrero is very professional, kind and I feel like he actually listens to me. I have seen Dr. Guerrero for over 2 years. As there may have been some issues with office staff in the past, there apparently is new management. The staff is sincere, courteous and very helpful. I have seen his practice grow and I am loving the changes occurring in the office. To me, the most important factor in my care is Dr. Guerrero and the improvements in the office is like icing on the cake. I would recommend Dr. Guerrero to anyone......hands down.

I've been trying to deal with this office for 3 years. Love the doctor but hate the staff.

I am not sure if the first reviewer and I see the same Dr. Dr. G has always been very kind and does a great job. The only issues I have are administrative ones as I do not care for his staff's mannerism, professionalism or accuracy. They have lately not been answering the phone or returning messages. The reason that I am willing to endure some of that staff inconvenience is because Dr. G takes the time to ask about my concerns, shows consideration to my comfort during medical procedures and actually remembers personal information about me-like he knows me. To me, that is hard to find in a doctor. I do wish his staff performed better because I feel that he is very harried on occasion and if you have an efficient staff handling matters, he would likely have a moment to breathe. I like him though.
