Dr. Jaime Kratz, MD

I had my first appointment was Dr. Kratz a week ago and he was wonderful. I have severe hives all the time. He has given me hope. Very knowledgeable doctor. Highly recommended!!

After frantically looking for a good allergist we finally heard about Dr.Kratz. After our first visit it was a breath of fresh air . We had a sense of direction finally . I had been given the run around with my allergies and asthma for years with no improvement whatsoever. Now after 2 weeks of starting my regimen with Dr.Kratz I’m almost symptom free. Very happy with my results.

Dr.Kratz and his staff were very accommodating to my wife and I . Everyone took the time to explain things. I never felt rushed or hurried . Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

It is actually a bit sublime but this is the first doctors office I’ve visited where the staff are always smiling and actually willing to help. Everyone from the front desk to the nurses are personable , friendly and compassionate. Wish more offices were like this one .

Dr. Jaime Kratz is nice but schedulers they are so mean they don’t know what they are doing messed up my insurance and if you call and asked them questions they told me they are tired of so many phone calls and told me don’t call anymore of the day

Dr. Kratz is a brilliant diagnostician. Do not hesitate seeing him or bringing your child to him! I was having difficulty breathing due to recurrent sinus and bronchial infections. I had been hospitalized and treated for a severe case of asthmatic bronchitis. I saw four specialists after the hospitilization because of respiratory issues and recurrent episodes of bronchitis over a six month period. I was told I would "heal" and my symptoms were anxiety related. A pulmonoligist told me to see a psychiatrist for my "lady problems". I decided I would give an asthma specialist a shot at my anxiety induced bronchitis and asthma like symptoms. Dr. Kratz listened to every word I said. He sat across from me and talked to me ,reassured me and took care of me. He diagnosed a rare hereditary immunodeficiency disease. I receive intra venous treatments at his office monthly. If he didn't diagnose this disease my health would have deteriorated. I am at a higher risk for cancer and… autoimmune diseases,but because of Dr. Kratz's diagnosis and treatment I am going to be okay. I also want to say that the above comment about Dr. Kratz not supplying that patient's serum is unfair. These infusions cost $6,000-$8,000 an injection which is given monthly. There are companies that will assist people who cannot afford their treatment. I am not saying it is easy or fair,but I don't think Dr. Kratz should be blamed. Belief I sympathize with that patient. I hope my experience helps someone.

I lost my job and was unable to pay for my serums. When I was able to finally send in $20 I was asked if they can expect this every month. I told them I'm not sure as I was not getting receiving unemployment. They told me that if its not paid up in 90 days there is no guarantee that it won't go to collection. I never gave them a problem regarding my account so I was shocked that they would "kick me while I was down" nor did they offer to work something out with me to pay for my serums. I had to sell a family heirloom to get them their cash. Needless to say I'm never going back to them. Hey Dr. Kratz, thanks for helping me out.
