Dr. Jaime Leigh Mckeever, MD

We are a same sex couple and have asked her to change their outdated forms listed Mother Father as only options. She promised she would. She did not. She never calls back after hours. She recommended a ultrasound for our child and then refused to call us back with the results. The front office attendant said the results were on the desk and the doctor would "definitely call us back today." She never called us back. Worst medical provider we have ever experienced. Avoid.

I have been taking my 2 children to Dr. McKeever for 3 years. She is always attentive and goes out of her way to make sure all of my questions are answered. I would recommend her to anyone.

My 1year old son was in the hospital for a week with pneumonia andThere was no concern from this Dr on his overall condition. Never called to check how he was. Wouldn't call me back when I called her. On one occasion I had to see Mcollum and she was almost as worse. Charged us over $100 to tell me he had a cold and there was nothing I could do. Again no follow up by mckeever ever. There were times I felt we were talked about after leaving. Just a very unpleasant office overall. And the office staff-ugh! I found a different dr for our children soon after the pneumonia. Would never recommend this dr.

no understanding of HIPAA and state law for parents. have been wrongly denied medical records; that's been resolved, but it recently took 15 minutes just to find out the time of my kids appoitment. but freely give this info to somebody who is NOT entitled. Baffling, right?.

Dr. McKeever stopped by the postpartum ward at IU Health North Hospital(Clarion North) in Indy to check up on my newborn soon after my delivery. She seemed pleasant enough, but later on got a bit snippy as she thought we should drop everything & answer the phone in our room when she called us! It was just hours after the delivery and I wasn't going to be answering phones especially while trying to nurse the baby. Her office staff is quite rude & unhelpful and refused to re-submit our bill towards the insurance company and told me to do so myself. I'm glad that I don't have to deal with this practice at all.
