This place is horrible!!! They dont have bathrooms, customer service is poor.. I went with my husband to read the results of his tests, and even with my husband’s authorization, they didnt let me in with him. They wouldnt explain this policy and they decided to throw us out of the place without having the doctor check my husband and read the results of his tests. He is really sick, and the fact that they denied him medical attention shows the lack of professionalism and human empathy. His behavior is abusive over those that can afford an insurance... DONT USE THIS DOCTOR

I went to see this doctor in 2018. I had to wait in a line for 45 minutes. Once I saw the doctor, he asked me if I wanted tests done. I told him that I’d like to discuss it with my relative first. He proceeded to tell me he thought I was “more independent.” Then, the tests I did have were sent to my insurance but were submitted to test a condition I don’t have. I called the office and spoke to an unpleasant woman named Vanessa who said that I’ll need to speak to the manager, but she couldn’t tell me when I should expect a call back because she’s very busy. I never received a call back. I call again a few weeks later and was left on hold. The call was finally picked up by none other than Vanessa telling me she called me back the same day, but couldn’t tell me when. She said she spoke to my insurance to rectify the issue and THEY were supposed to call me back. I asked if I can get those details in writing, but she said she couldn’t because she was giving them to me now by phone. If… anyone is looking for a quality doctor at a quality office, look elsewhere to save you the trouble.

I was recommended to this doctor by a close friend. Upon arriving they had to double check my insurance and I waited close to one hour to see the doctor. I almost left and should have. At the end he spent 15 minutes and seemed not at all interested in my medical condition. Plus he mis diagnosed me. Terrible cuidado y un Terrible doctor.
